Agricolasifè

Agricola Sifè is a family-run company born from a passion for the world of bees and respect for nature. It all starts with the choice of Simone and his wife Federica to place some hives in the orchards to encourage pollination.

We immediately adopted the organic method. For our bees and our olive groves we use advanced organic and biodynamic techniques, because we believe in sustainable organic agriculture in harmony with the territory to protect biodiversity.

They are Slow Food communities who work every day to save native breeds, varieties of vegetables and fruit, breads, cheeses, cured meats, traditional sweets... from extinction. They are committed to passing down production techniques and crafts. They take care of the environment. They enhance landscapes, territories, cultures.

Around 600 Presidia involve farmers, artisans, shepherds, fishermen and winemakers from 70 countries.
