Our company

Simone and Federica, husband and wife, are the owners of CASA VACANZE ANGELA ROSA , located in Carovigno in the province of Brindisi. For several years, we have been the point of reference for welcoming tourists from all over the world to our wonderful region, Puglia.
From 2021, we have decided to start a new company that works in parallel to our tourist facility, AGRICOLA SIFE'.
AGRIGOLA SIFE' is a family-run company born mainly from a passion for the world of bees, respect for nature and the territory but above all to offer an exclusive service to the customers of our tourist facility.
It all starts with our choice to place some hives in the orchards to encourage pollination. From there begins the wonderful journey into the world of beekeeping, a world made of sacrifices and a lot of passion, but passion wins over tiredness. The love for bees has transformed this passion over time, making it a mission.
We have decided to adopt a sustainable agriculture model to safeguard the biodiversity of our territory. We produce exclusively organic APULIA HONEY with permanent locations within the TORRE GUACETO NATURAL RESERVE , as we place the well-being of the bees and the valorization of the Apulian territory first.
We immediately received the ORGANIC certification for our honey.
In addition to honey, we produce our own extra virgin olive oil. Our oil comes from the pressing of quality olives: Ogliarola Salentina, Cellina di Nardò, Coratina, Frantoiana, Leccino and Cima di Melfi. An intense perfume that will make you embark on an imaginary journey through our countryside, immersed in nature and the buzzing of our little bees.
The objective of our company is to bring to your tables the scent of our land, of flowering almonds, of our orchards, of our olive groves and of the Mediterranean scrub.
