Natural Puglia Honey ® produced in Italy in the Mediterranean scrub of the TORRE GUACETO NATURAL RESERVE, in the heart of Puglia in the upper Salento, with a normally sweet, acidic and caramelized flavour, obtained mainly from spontaneous blooms of the Mediterranean scrub, including Bramble, Ginestrino, Honeydew, Brassicaceae, Umbelliterae, Capers, Myrtle, Red Clover, Pomegranate. Liquid extract from organic wax honeycombs and not subjected to heat conservation treatments. Any crystallization is a guarantee of a natural product.
